We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navora and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
